The study by the Journal of Nutrition showed that people who ate three servings of whole grains for a day had 2.4% fat and 3.6% saturated fat than those who do not eat whole grains. Try to consume three servings of whole grains every day. Another source of whole grains that you can get on cereals, oats, and brown rice.
2. Vegetables
Eating vegetables in large portions for lunch you can add to total nutrients you consume and increase the fiber in a reasonable amount. Fiber is very important if you are consumed during the diet. Why? Because fiber can make you feel full longer. Researchers also showed that a lot of fiber can help you lose weight.
3. Lan protein
Lean protein you can get through tofu, chicken, fish, or beans. Lean protein is an easy way to feel full during the day and evening. Proteins are long digested will make you feel full longer than carbohydrates or fats.
