HEALTHY LIVING PATTERNS IN THE MORNING WHEN ???




1. Start by drinking water


2. breath of fresh air

The most appropriate time to breathe immediately is in the morning. That's when the air is not polluted like fumes.

 
3.Exercise sufficient time

If you have worked, of course, exercise time will be reduced instead. For example, an office worker, usually they go to work at 07.00. Surely gym time will be reduced, it is necessary to cope with waking up early.
