WHAT IS BREAKFAST ???
breakfast is the meal eaten on the morning before the activity, which consists of staple food and side dishes or snacks to eat 1/3 of the amount of food a day.
breakfast amount is not large, but the breakfast should contain energy substances, proteins or builder substances, vitamins and minerals as a regulator that we get a lot of vegetables and fruits.
breakfast gives a positive value tarhadap activity of the brain, the brain becomes more intelligent, sensitive and easier to concentrate. This will indirectly cause positive effects on us in the move, either at school or in the workplace
Then what good breakfast?1. A healthy breakfast can contribute to weight loss, improve memory and concentration, and improve overall health.2. The breakfast is nutritious and full of vitamins can help improve concentration and increased their power.3. Breakfast improve strength and stamina during activity, lower cholesterol, improve concentration and problem solving skills.4. Breakfast makes a good coordination among the five senses, control weight, reduce fatigue and sleepiness during activity.
